Milk Return Policies

              

RETURNS: 

• Milk does not offer refunds. No Exceptions. 

• Milk Boutique gladly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered product with tags attached for store credit in the form of a gift card (you can use this store credit to purchase a new size or different style).

• We do not hold sizes for exchanges. You must use your store credit to purchase a new size or different style. 

• Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the date you received your shipment. 

• Credit will be issued via email in the form of a gift card for the price the items were purchased at.  

• Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit. 

• Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. 

• If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not beaccepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. 

• CLEARANCE, ACCESSORIES, BODYSUITS, and CAMI/BRA SALES ARE FINAL AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. WE ENFORCE THIS POLICY STRICTLY AND STORE CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN.
